As this is the first cleaning, the total duration depends on the condition of the property. Please tell our team member your priorities at the start of the visit so they can focus on the areas that matter most to you. Our team will work for the hours you have booked, but we cannot guarantee that all tasks, including your priorities, will be completed within that time. We prioritize quality and will keep you informed if additional time is needed. About one hour before the estimated finish, we’ll update you on progress and whether more time is needed. You can approve extra time or keep to your booked hours. We will only continue beyond your booked hours with your agreement.
Please note: Heavy build-up of dirt and grime, hard-water stains/limescale, mold, and other stubborn or difficult-to-remove stains are not included in our standard first cleaning service. These require more intensive cleaning, additional time, and specific products or equipment and therefore fall under our Deep Cleaning Service. If these conditions are present, please book our Deep Cleaning Service instead.
